"You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. These words, which I am commanding you today, shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your sons and shall talk of them when you sit in your house and when you walk by the way and when you lie down and when you rise up."

3 Months

Three months with this little guy have gone by fast in our house. It seems like 9 months is such a long time to wait and then when they get here, it goes so fast!

At three months old Evan’s single greatest accomplishment is, sleeping through the night in his own room! He’s still a terrible daytime sleeper (unless in the arms of Mommy) but I’m most thankful for a good nights rest. After a nap and feeding, he is all smiles. He loves to be talked and sung to. Nathan is especially good at making up a random song anywhere to make him happy.

Additionally, he’s developed the ability to tell if Mom is in the room or not. As soon as he catches me leaving him in his crib, he looses it. He’s completely fascinated by the lights from the TV, although TV watching comes much later. Being seated in the double stroller with big brother Austin keeps him very entertained.

Physically, this kid’s not slowing down. He’s 3 months old and fits in some 9 month clothes. Where did my little baby go? He has a bad patch of cradle cap and almost a complete mohawk on the top of his head.

We love him so much and keep telling him to stop growing, but he’s not listening Smile
